Syracuse University Libraries

Students use the library for so many things, like working together and using the technology to access materials online. Every single donation makes it that much easier for a student to get an amazing education.

Where Funds Go

The Dean’s Fund gives us capacity to provide critical resources for student and faculty success.  A major strategic focus this year is on the digitization of rare books, maps, photographs, and manuscripts. These include items that tell our own institutional history, those from the University’s Archives.

A gift of $500 would add a rare book to our growing digital library, for example, or a collection of photographs of Syracuse University life from decades gone by.

Every gift counts. Every donor matters. Make a difference today!

The Dean of the Libraries’ Fund provides innovative new collections and services to support world-class faculty, enrich the lives of our students, and preserve our scholarly and cultural heritage.
